The sequence of Catalan numbers famously has dozens and dozens of combinatorial interpretations. In addition to discussing a few fun examples of these, we will explore Catalan´s Triangle, a slightly lesser-known but related sequence.

In particular, we will see how these sequences play a part in enumerating fully commutative elements of some Coxeter groups, which are of particular interest to representation theorists.
