This talk will build on work by Sharifi concerning the multiplicative group of a p-adic local field considered as a Galois module. We will generalize from the multiplicative group to a Lubin-Tate formal group and consider questions inspired by integral Galois module theory. In particular, we will examine the associated order of a formal Lubin-Tate module and ask whether such a module is free of rank one.
