We present a non-holonomic version of the classical Moser theorem: two volume forms of equal total volume can be isotoped by the flow of a vector field tangent to a given non-holonomic distribution on a manifold. We also discuss an approach to this problem from the point of view of an infinite-dimensional non-holonomic distribution on diffeomorphism groups, as well as its relation to problems of optimal mass transport.
