Orlov spectra are new invariants of triangulated (or dg-) categories. Roughly, the Orlov spectrum is a list of all the global dimensions of derived Morita equivalence dg-algebras. However, the actual requires less sophistication. In categories of importance in algebraic geometry, we shall also see that Orlov spectra are tied closely to geometry.
