We introduce some spectral sequences associated with Lie algebroids over schemes or complex manifolds. One of them generalizes the Hochschild-Serre spectral sequence. Another spectral sequence is related to a generalized Koszul complex given by a pair (A,s), where A is a Lie algebroid, and s is a global section of A.
