[This is joint work with Zhi Chen] We introduce some new operator on the space of Alternating diagonal harmonics and show that, in the generic case, we give a basis for some of the bi-graded components. For this we introduce a new kind of tableaux and a correspondence between partition of $m$ and these tableau of total weight $m$.
