The purpose of this talk is to give a m/n analogue of the Pieri rules, which features an interesting family of operators acting on an interesting family of symmetric functions. These objects are quite relevant in geometric representation theory, and combinatorially, the formula I will present generalizes Lascoux-Leclerc-Thibon ribbon tableaux.
