Tea will be served at 3:00 PM in the Lounge

This talk will describe recent work on Galois theory in the context of harmonic maps between finite graphs (in the sense of Baker-Norine). I will discuss the classification of harmonic G-covers of a finite graph X in terms of a suitable fundamental group of X, and provide applications to embedding problems and the Inverse Galois Problem in the graph-theoretic context.
