I will discuss the extension of holomorphic line bundles on complex tori to line bundles over a holomorphic deformation quantizations of the tori. I will comment on a new deformation of the Fourier-Mukai transform. The classical Fourier-Mukai transform established an equivalance of categories of sheaves on a complex torus and its dual torus. The deformation establishes an equivalence between the derived categories of sheaves of modules over a deformation quantization of a torus to the derived category of twisted sheaves of modules with respect to gerbe living on the dual torus.
