This talk, which is based on a recent paper of Ariane Mézard and Gunther Cornelissen, considers Galois covers of curves in characteristic p which are weakly ramified in the sense that the second higher ramification group G_2 is trivial (in the lower numbering). It asks when such covers can be lifted to characteristic 0.
