In this talk, I will discuss the relation between quantizations of a triangular dynamical r-matrix and star-products of a certain Poisson manifold. When the base Lie algebra is abelian and the dynamical r-matrix is non-degenerate, we give a proof for the existence and classification of quantizations. This approach also leads to a version of qauntum dynamical Yang-Baxter equation for non-abelian base Lie algbra.
