First I will give a brief description of the Grothendieck correspondence between dessins and Belyi pairs (X, beta) where X is a compact connected Riemann surface and beta is a Belyi morphism from X to the the projective complex line. Then I will discuss the explicit association of a rational Belyi function to a genus zero dessin and vice versa.
